Faulty items must be returned following the steps listed in our returns policy within 14 days of purchase. On receiving your faulty item, we will send you a replacement.  Please note, many of our mala’s are handmade to order, if this is the case for your returned item please allow 28 days for your replacement. All other items will be exchanged within 14 working days. All of our jewellery is presented in a gold foil branded jewellery box and wrapped with ribbon.

Yes we do, please note overseas shipping charges do apply.

We can sometimes offer next day delivery by prior arrangement.  Elizabeth only works part-time in her jewellery business and also in the spa business, so next day delivery isn’t always possible. You will need to email us at info@elizabethcaroline.co.uk to request this service and pay the extra charge for next day delivery. Items will be sent via Royal Mail next day delivery for you at a charge of £8.00

Yes, all of our fine pieces are handmade by Elizabeth herself in her studio in Kent. Our mala beads are fair trade and made in India by our amazing team of ladies.
