Return policy

Please email our Customer service team at info@elizabethcaroline.co.uk with any queries regarding our returns policy. Please note, we are a small family run team, and we endeavour to reply to email enquiries within 24-48 business hours. Please head your email ‘RETURNS’. You will be sent a returns form in PDF format via email, which you must fill in and send with your returned item. You will also be issued with an RET number, this must be written clearly on the returns form. PLEASE NOTE, our customer service desk is closed on Sundays.

Pack the jewellery to send
Place the item(s) in the original packaging and seal securely. If returning more than one piece from the same order, please place all returns in one shipment, as you may incur the charges from any subsequent returns.
ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX, please…

  1. Clearly write your RET number
  2. All returns must be addressed to Elizabeth Caroline London, 126a High Street, Tonbridge, Kent, TN91AS

Send your jewellery
Please take the parcel to the post office counter to get your tracking number for proof of postage.
Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via the Post Office.
