Return policy

Please email our Customer service team at with any queries regarding our returns policy. Please note, we are a small family run team, and we endeavour to reply to email enquiries within 24-48 business hours. Please head your email ‘RETURNS’. You will be sent returns details via email. You will also be issued with an RET number, this must be written clearly on the return envelope or within the package you are returning. PLEASE NOTE, our customer service desk is closed on Sundays.

Pack the jewellery to send
Place the item(s) in the original packaging and seal securely. If returning more than one piece from the same order, please place all returns in one shipment, as you may incur the charges from any subsequent returns.

  1. Clearly write your RET number
  2. All returns must be addressed to Elizabeth Caroline London, 126a High Street, Tonbridge, Kent, TN91AS

Send your jewellery
Please take the parcel to the post office counter to get your tracking number for proof of postage.
Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via the Post Office via RECORDED DELIVERY.

Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.

* You must return your items within 7 days of contacting our customer service desk via email and within 14 days of purchase.
